This site establishes the Quality Management System (QMS) at Terradigm, Inc. The system has been integrated into the organization in order to achieve its business objectives. Articulating these business objectives results in a set of interconnected business processes and work processes that add value.

The chain of processes is a "value chain" which is ultimately about satisfying the needs of Terradigm's customers. While there are policies, procedures, work instructions, forms and other artifacts, it is important not to lose sight of how each process must add value for the customer.

You may view the QMS from any number of perspectives, as seen on the left.

Navigation

You will find that the left navigation bar is ommitted in some documents that require more space for text or tables. You can still see these choices in a pop-up menu by moving your mouse over "QMS" below the Terradigm logo.
