Feb 1- Scope statement and market info requirements due (partial activity list). If you are doing an outside project, you should have met them by now and established some general goals. |

Feb 8- Project schedule with activity definition/sequencing/duration due (this might have been called a "project outline" in the past). You should also have your paper begun with the major headings and some general ideas under the headings. You will hopefully have collected significant market data, and have questions about next steps. |
